Within Teamwork, you can quickly view and edit existing Portfolio column triggers.

If a Portfolio board column has triggers already set, you will see a trigger icon to the bottom right of the column. Hover over this to see which triggers are being used.

Note: The trigger icon color will match the color applied to the column itself.

Click the trigger icon to open the column settings quick view. Here you will see a list of the existing triggers and the properties being changed.

Editing a trigger

When you hover over an existing trigger in the quick view, you will see a pencil icon on the right to edit the trigger.

This will open the edit trigger modal, where you can update the trigger type and conditions. Select Update Trigger to apply your changes.

Deleting a trigger

To remove an existing trigger from the column, hover over the trigger in the column settings quick view and select the X.
