Within Teamwork.com, you can export a backup of the database content from your entire site to a MySQL file.
Click your profile avatar in the bottom left of your site and select Settings from the pop-out menu.
In the Settings area, go to the Export tab.
You can select a date from which you want the back up to start.
- Any items created prior to the selected date will not be included in the backup.
Click I'd like to create a new backup to start the backup. When it has finished processing, you will get a link to download a zip file.
Note: You can generate a new backup file once per day.
There are no restrictions on the size of your backup - you will see a note of the file size before you download it.
Note: This is a raw copy of your data from the main database, and isn't in a format like Excel that you can easily open and edit. It is intended to provide a complete offline backup, and it cannot be edited and uploaded back to your site in order to make changes.
If you would like to restore this backup to your own machine to access it, you will need to familiarise yourself with MySQL Server:
