Within Teamwork.com, you can add a custom logo to your site to be used in email notifications and your Teamwork.com login screen.
Click your profile avatar in the top right corner of your site and select Settings from the pop-out menu.
Note: Only site administrators in the owner company can access the Settings area.
In the settings area, go to the Logo tab where you will see an option for Site Logo. Click the image or the Change button below it to add/change the logo.
In the Site Logo modal, use the Choose file option to browse files on your computer. You can select GIF, PNG or JPG file formats, and Teamwork.com will resize it to fit 300 pixels in width.
Your logo will be displayed in the following sections:
- Login screen
- Email notifications (paid Teamwork.com subscriptions only)
To remove the current logo, click Change under the current image to open the Site Logo modal, then click Remove.
Other options
You can also upload a logo to use as your favicon/shortcut icon in a browser tab.
Adding a Project Logo
Go to the Settings area of your project and select the General subsection.
Scroll to the bottom of the general settings to the Project Logo section.
When you click the Upload a
Logo link, you will see an option
to browse your local drive for an image.
- It can be GIF, PNG or JPG file type, with
an RGB profile (CMYK images are not
supported).
- The image will be resized to a width of
200 pixels.
Once you have added a project logo, it will
be displayed at the top of the project details pane on the left of the project's Dashboard area.
You can update or remove the project logo
anytime after uploading it by going back to
the Upload Logo option in your
settings.
Click Update
Logo to open the project logo
modal, then select
the Remove option.
Adding a Client Logo
Go to the Clients area in your left-hand side navigation
Click the options button (three dots) to the right of the relevant company and select Edit Client.
In the edit client modal go tot he logo tab at the bottom
Use the Browse file option to browse files on your computer. You can select GIF, PNG or JPG file formats, and Teamwork.com will resize it to fit 200 pixels in width.
Each of the company's associated projects will inherit the company logo as a project logo unless a dedicated project logo is set.
