Within Teamwork Desk, you can add reactions to notes added by agents on tickets.

Reacting to notes allows you to acknowledge that you have seen a note without having to add an additional note response.

To react to a note, open the ticket and scroll to the note in the thread. Click the emoji icon in the top right of the note area to access the emoji options.

Once you select an emoji from the dropdown, it will be applied to the note.

You can hover over existing reactions on a note to see a list of the associated users.

To remove your current reaction, click the reaction on the note. You can also select a different reaction which will automatically remove your current selection when applying the new one.
