Within Teamwork Desk, you can add yourself or other agents as followers on individual tickets.
This allows you to keep up to date with tickets you are interested in, without needing to be assigned to the ticket.
Note: When following a ticket, you will always receive notifications related to actions on the ticket, regardless of your personal notification preferences set for your profile.
In the Tickets area of your site, select the ticket you want to follow.

While viewing the ticket, go to the Followers section of the sidebar on the right-hand side of the ticket.

To add yourself as a follower on the ticket, select the Follow ticket link.

You can also use the search field to find and add either yourself or other users as followers on the ticket.

In some ticket list views such as search results or reports, a ticket preview will open when you click an individual ticket.
Click the three dots at the top of the ticket preview and choose Follow Ticket from the dropdown menu.

This option is also available via the three dots at the top of an individual ticket thread.
Unfollowing a ticket
To remove yourself or another user as a follower on a ticket, hover over the agent's name and click the x to the right.

In the ticket preview or while viewing an individual ticket thread, clicking the three dots will show an Unfollow Ticket option on any tickets you are already following.
