What
Dark mode changes the appearance of Teamwork Desk to a darker interface for your personal view.
Why
  • Reduce glare and eye strain when working in low-light environments.
  • Use a darker interface that may be more comfortable for extended support sessions.
Who
  • All Teamwork Desk users can enable or disable dark mode for their own view.
When
Use dark mode when you prefer a darker interface or work in low-light conditions.

Enable or disable dark mode

  1. Click your profile icon in Teamwork Desk's main menu.
  2. Select Switch to Dark Mode from the menu.

The interface updates immediately after you toggle dark mode on or off.

Important notes

  • Personal setting: Dark mode only affects your own Teamwork Desk view and does not change the interface for other users.
  • Toggle behavior: Selecting Switch to toggles the setting on or off based on your current theme.
  • Product-specific: Dark mode settings in Teamwork Desk are separate from theme settings in Teamwork.com.
