Within Teamwork Desk, you can update the subject of an existing ticket and change it to something more relevant.
While viewing an individual ticket, click the current subject line at the top of the ticket.
The subject line will activate as an editable field where you can update the text to whatever you wish.
Click Save to update the ticket's subject line. The subject at the top of the ticket will automatically update.
