Within Teamwork Desk, you can access help and support through your account.
To do this, click your profile icon in the top right of your site and choose Help & Support from the dropdown menu.
This will bring you to the Teamwork Desk support help docs. You can use these existing help docs to try and resolve your issue.
If you are unable to find an answer to your question, you can contact support using the Submit a Request option in the top of the page.
A pop-up form will open allowing you to enter your name, email address, subject, and message. You can also attach files if necessary. Once you click Send Inquiry, a ticket will be submitted directly to our support team.
To the bottom right of each area and article on the Help Docs site, there is also a chat icon for opening a live chat with our support team.
