Within Teamwork CRM, you can interact and chat with other users on your site using Teamwork Chat.

Note: This feature requires Teamwork Chat to be enabled for your site.

To view other users on your site, select the People tab from the navigation bar and choose Users from the dropdown menu.

Select the relevant user's name from the list to open their profile page. 

From the user's profile, click the Chat icon to the right of the user's name. This will open Teamwork Chat in a new browser tab where you are able to start a conversation with the selected user.

If you have the Embedded Chat feature enabled in your Teamwork Chat integration settings, a window will instead open at the bottom of your Teamwork CRM site where you can start a conversation with the user.

You can also start a conversation with a deal owner. Open a deal by clicking the deal card from the relevant pipeline in the Leads or Opportunities area.

In the deal profile, go to the Owner subsection of the left details pane. You can then click the owner's name and select the option to chat with the user.

Note: When your Teamwork Chat trial expires, you will need to create a subscription in order to use Embedded Chat.
