Within Teamwork CRM, you can deactivate a product to make it temporarily unavailable for selection.

Select the Products tab from the main navigation bar of your site.

From the list of existing products, click the relevant product name to open the product details view.

At the top of the left sidebar, select the three dots to the right of the product name. You can then choose Deactivate from the dropdown menu.

Once the product has been deactivated, a note will be added below the product name, with an option to reactivate.

While a product is deactivated, it will have a yellow indicator to the left of the product name in the products list.

Note: While a product is deactivated, it will not be available for selection when associating products with leads or opportunities.
