Make enables you to automate your
processes and communication between
different applications and services,
transferring and transforming data without
the need for manual input.
Using Make allows
you to connect Teamwork.com to any service in Make's
list of supported apps and services,
allowing you to create
multi-step integrations in
no
time.
Within Make, you
can connect your Teamwork.com
site to almost any service
(including REST services)
and build multi-step
integrations using your API
key.
To set up the integration, you will need
to copy your API key from your Teamwork.com
account.
Click your profile avatar in the bottom left of your site and select Edit my details from the pop-out menu.
In the user details modal, go to the API &
Mobile tab and click the Show your
Token button on the
left.
Once your API token is visible, click the
copy option to the right of the token to
copy it to your clipboard.
In your Make account, go to the Scenarios tab and click the Create a new
scenario button in the top
right.
Click the plus icon in the middle of the
scenario builder view and select Teamwork from the module
list.
A new window will open with a
list of available Teamwork trigger and
action options. Select a trigger from the
list to
proceed to the next step.
If you do not already have a connection
to Teamwork.com set up,
click Add to the right of
the connection field. A connection
creation modal will open where you can
give your connection a name and paste in
your Teamwork.com API key.
You will also need to fill out your
domain. If your Teamwork.com URL is https://yourcompany.teamwork.com,
your domain is yourcompany.
Once you fill out your connection details
and click Save, the
connection will be established.
You can then set the necessary properties
associated with your chosen trigger before
selecting a second app to connect with
Teamwork.com.
