Within Teamwork, you can quickly
view a list of your unread messages via the My Work area.
Select My Work from the main navigation menu on the left of your site. Click the More tab in the horizontal navigation menu and choose Messages from the dropdown.
In the Unread Messages section, you will
see a list of all your unread messages and
replies.
To the right of each message, there will
be a time/date stamp of when the message
was posted, along with the number of users
notified of the message.
Marking a message as read
To mark an individual message as read,
click the blue dot to the right of the
message.
Alternatively, click the options button (three
dots) to the far right of the
message and select Mark As Read from the dropdown menu.
You can also mark all of your unread
messages as read by selecting the options
(three dots) button near the top right of
the messages area.
Reacting to messages
You can react to individual messages by
selecting the reactions option to the
right of the message.
Once you select a reaction, it will
appear below the message. Hover over it to see
which users reacted.
Copying a link to a message
To copy a link to a particular message,
select the options (three dots) button to
the right of the message, and select Copy link from the dropdown
menu.
Splitting a message
You can split replies to messages into a
new separate message. Click the options
button to the right and select Split
Message.
Note: This will not appear as
an option for the original message in a
thread.
Replying to a message
You can reply to messages by clicking the
options button to the right and selecting
the Reply option from the
dropdown.
Sorting options
You can sort the list of messages in
ascending or descending order, by:
Use the icons to the right of the sorting
options to switch between list and
expanded view.
Filter options are also available by
clicking the filters button near the top
right.
