AI settings control the Enable AI option for your site and allow you to manage which AI features are available in different areas of Teamwork.com.

To allow site admins to manage AI availability across the site and control which AI features are accessible to users.

  • Site admins (in the owner company) can manage AI settings for the site.
  • Users: Users cannot change AI settings. They can use AI features that are enabled for the site, based on their role and permissions.
When
When you want to enable, disable, or review which AI features are available across your site.

Access and manage AI settings

AI settings let you control AI availability across your site and manage which AI features are accessible to users.

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select the AI tab.
  3. Use the Enable AI toggle to turn AI features on or off for your site.
  4. Review the available feature toggles and enable or disable individual AI features as needed.

When the Enable AI toggle is turned on, AI features included in your current plan are available across supported areas of Teamwork.com. When turned off, AI features are not available to users.

The Enable AI setting applies site-wide.

AI feature toggles

The AI settings page may include individual toggles for specific AI features. These toggles control whether AI entry points appear for users in the related area of Teamwork.com.

Projects

  • Comments summary: Controls whether comment summaries are available on tasks.
  • Project wizard: Controls whether AI-assisted project creation is available.
  • Task filter: Controls whether natural-language task filtering is available.
  • Task summary: Controls whether task summaries are available.
  • Task wizard: Controls whether AI-assisted task breakdown is available.

Planning

  • Smart scheduling: Controls whether AI-assisted scheduling and assignment suggestions are available.
  • Utilization summary: Controls whether utilization summaries are available.

Reporting

  • Forecasting: Controls whether AI-powered forecasting is available in reports.

Finance

  • Expenses: Controls whether AI-assisted expense extraction is available.

General

  • Text editor: Controls whether AI writing assistance is available in supported editors.
