Easy Insight is a cloud analytics platform that enables you to connect your cloud apps and create real time dashboards to monitor and improve conversion rates.
Within Easy Insight, you can enable a two way integration with Teamwork CRM allowing you to create new deals and edit existing deals from Easy Insight.
Note: You must first have Easy Insight enabled for your site.
From the Home area of your Easy Insight account, select Teamwork CRM in the Data Sources section.
Choose Enable Two Way Connection from the left-hand menu.
You will then be required to read the Easy Insight warning, along with details of the fields that are supported by the integration.
Select Enable Two Way Connection from the bottom of the page.
Managing and creating your deals is done via the deals edit list function in Easy Insight.
Once you enable the two way connection, you will then have the option to add your deals edit list to an existing dashboard or create this list as a new dashboard.
Once you have chosen, you can then select if your drillthrough report can be edited by users with the correct permission set or not.
You will the be taken to your Deal Edit List.
