Within Teamwork CRM, you can create
contacts for the main points of contact
you will be speaking to within the
companies you are trying to sell to.
- Click People in Teamwork CRM's main navigation menu.
- Select Contacts from the dropdown.
- Click Add contact in the view's top right.
- Enter the person’s required details:
- First and last name
- Email
- Phone number
- Owner — associate the contact with one of your site's users.
- Enter any additional details you want to provide.
- Fill out any relevant contact custom fields (if applicable).
- Click Save.
