Within Teamwork Chat, you can embed links into the text of your messages by using markdown.
Instead of showing https://www.teamwork.com/support for example, you can set the text to something more readable, such as Teamwork Support, with the link embedded in that text.
Embedded links follow this format: [NAME](LINK)
- The text you want to display is put in square brackets, followed by the link URL in round brackets
- E.g. [Teamwork Support](https://www.teamwork.com/support)

Once you follow the hyperlink format, it will display in your sent message as below.
