Within Teamwork, you can view a digest of your unread comments in the Home area.



Go to the Home area at the top of your site and select Unread Comments from the left sidebar.

In the Comments section, you will see a list of all your unread comments.

To the right of each comment, you will see a timestamp of when the comment was posted, as well as a count of the number of people notified of the comment. Hover over the number to see the list of notified users.

Marking a comment as read

To mark an individual comment as read, click the blue dot to the right of the comment.

Alternatively, click the options button (three dots) to the far right of the comment and select Mark As Read from the dropdown menu.

You can also mark all of your unread comments as read by selecting the options (three dots) button near the top right of the comments area.

Reacting to comments

You can react to individual comments by selecting the emoji icon to the right of a comment.

Once you select a reaction, it will appear below the message. Hover over it to see which users reacted.

Copying a link to a comment

To copy a link to a particular comment, select the options (three dots) button to the right of the comment, and select Copy link from the dropdown menu.

Sorting options

You can sort the list of comments in ascending or descending order, by:

Use the icons to the right of the sorting options to switch between list and expanded view.

Filter options are also available by clicking the Filters button near the top right.
