Within Teamwork, site administrators can view a login history for users on your site.

Go to the People area of your site and select the Login History tab.

In the login history, you will see:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Company name
  • Last login - the last recorded login for the user.
    • Note: If the user has enabled the option to Keep Me Logged In, a new session will not be recorded every day.
  • Number of logins - the number of times that there is a recorded login for the user.

Using the sort options in the top right, you can customize the order in which the logins are displayed.

You can also use the quick search and filters options at the top of the list.

Using the options menu (three dots), you can export the login history to PDF, Excel, or CSV.
