Within Teamwork Projects, you can reorder the default board columns in your site templates.
Click your profile icon in the top right corner of your site and select Settings from the dropdown menu.
In the Settings area, go to the Templates tab where you will see a section for Default Board Columns.
To reorder the columns, click the edit button at the bottom.
In the default columns modal, use the drag and drop icon to move the columns. Click and drag the column into its new position in the list.
