QuickBooks is an accounting software package that offers payroll, invoice, and expense management.

Within Teamwork.com, you can integrate your site with QuickBooks Online to easily export your invoices. 

🔑 Only site administrators in the owner company can manage integrations.

  1. Click your profile icon in Teamwork.com's main navigation menu.
  2. Select Apps and integrations from the pop-out menu.



  3. Scroll to QuickBooks Online.
  4. Click Enable.

  5. Click Next in the pop-up window.
  6. Choose a connection type:
    1. Connect QuickBooks with your entire site.
    2. Select a specific project.


  7. Click Go to settings. Step 1 is complete.
  8. Click the Connect button on Step 2's right in the QuickBooks panel.



  9. Enter your QuickBooks Online login details.
  10. Click Connect.

Your QuickBooks Online account is connected and shows as enabled in your site's integrations settings.
