Within Teamwork, you can filter the results for milestones across multiple projects on your site.
Click the More option in the main navigation menu on the left of your site and select Everything from the pop-out menu.

In the Everything area, select the Milestones tab from the horizontal menu.

Click the filters button in the top right to open the filters pane.

Keyword
You can use this to filter your results down to the search term entered.

Project
You can filter the results to milestones across all projects, any/specific projects, or based on the projects' company.

When you select Any project, a new field will be displayed allowing you to search and select specific projects.

For Projects by company, you can use the additional field to select specific companies.

Assigned To
You can choose to show milestones assigned to specific users.

- Include milestones for users' companies - show milestones assigned to the company associated with the user.
- Include milestones for users' teams - show milestones assigned to teams where the user is a member.
When you click Show more options, you can also filter to milestones assigned to specific teams or companies.

Date
When setting the date, you can choose to see results based on when the milestone is due using the default timeframes.

You can also set a custom date range or a within_days timeframe.

Tags
Filter the milestones by the tags associated with them. You can select one or multiple tags.

Select the Match all tags option to only display milestones that include all of the selected tags.
Followers
You can choose to only show milestones that certain people are following.

Created By
Choose to only show milestones that have been created by specific users.

Additional options:
- Include deleted users - show deleted users in the Created By dropdown.
Status
You can also filter the results based on milestone statuses, such as upcoming or completed.

Options
Additional options include showing private milestones, attached task lists, or the percentage completed for the milestone(s).

Reordering filters
You can also drag and drop the various filter options to reorder them.

Saving filters
You can choose to save a filter you have created for use at a later time. Once saved, it will appear in the Saved Filters tab of the filters pane.
Clicking a saved filter will highlight it and apply it to the milestones view.

When a filter is applied, you can also change quickly between saved filters by clicking the filter name at the top of the page.
