Within Teamwork Projects, you can filter the results for risks across multiple projects on your site.
Go to the Everything tab of your Projects site, and then click the Risks tab.
To access filters choose the filter icon to right of the page.
You can use this to filter your results down to the search term entered.
Choose which projects to include in the risk filtering.
You filter via risk status to show only open, pending or closed risks or any combination of the three.
You can filter the risk probability to only show risks within a certain range.
You can filter the risk impact based on low, high and medium.
You can choose which risk areas to view or a combination of any.
You can also drag and drop the various areas of the filter to change the layout to your liking.
You can choose to save any filter you have created for use at a later time. This will then appear within the 'Saved Filters' section of filter right pane.
You can also change quickly between saved filters by clicking on the filter name to the top of the page.
Note: Only users on paid subscriptions can save filters.
