Within Teamwork Desk you can view your profile details and preferences.
To access this, click on your profile icon to the top right of Desk and select View Profile.
This is where you manage your account settings including your user information, permissions, notification, and access to your API key.
In the Profile section you can add or edit:
- First and last name
- E-mail address and alternate e-mails
- Part-time or full time agent
- Job title
- Office phone
- Cell phone
- Home phone
- Time zone
- Time format (12hr/24/hr)
- Send Web notifications
- Push notifications
- Text editor (HTML or Markdown)
