Within Teamwork Desk, you can view the details of a task attached to a ticket without having to switch to Teamwork Projects.

When viewing the list of tickets in a particular inbox, you will see a checkmark to the right of the subject of any task that has tasks attached.

If the task is active this will display a red check, while a completed task will display a green check.

When viewing the ticket itself, there is a task tab that will give the details of the task.

By clicking the task name a window will pop out from the right allowing you to edit details of the task from within Desk.

If you wish to view the task within Teamwork Projects, hover over the task name and choose the New Window option.

When you are viewing the task in Teamwork Projects, you will see a Desk icon to the right of the task indicating there is one or multiple tickets attached.
