Within Teamwork Desk, you can view the details of a task attached to a ticket without having to switch to Teamwork.
When viewing the list of tickets in a particular inbox, you will see a checkmark to the right of the subject of any task that has tasks attached.
If the task is active this will display a red check, while a completed task will display a green check.
When viewing the ticket itself, go to the Tasks tab to view details of the attached task(s).
By clicking the task name, a task preview window will pop out from the right, allowing you to edit details of the task.
If you wish to view the task within Teamwork, hover over the task name and choose the Open link in new tab option.
When you are viewing the task in Teamwork, you will see a Teamwork Desk icon to the right of the task indicating there is one or multiple tickets attached.
