Within Teamwork Desk a trigger can be edited from the inbox that it has been added to.

To access your triggers, click on the your profile icon to the top right of the navigation bar and select 'Settings:

Near the top of the page select the 'Inboxes' area of settings:

Select the inbox which has the trigger you wish to edit and select triggers from the left pane:


From this section you can see your list of triggers.

You can edit an existing trigger by selecting the pencil icon when you hover over the trigger:

When you select edit you will have three steps to go through:

Choose type:

  • Automatic or manual
Condition & Actions:

  • Edit the existing trigger conditions and actions that have been chosen.

  • View changes made to trigger and save changes.
