Within Teamwork Desk, you can save filters you have applied to different areas of your site.

Filters can be saved in the following areas:

  • Help Docs
  • Reports
  • People
  • Advanced search

While viewing one of these areas, click the filters button in the top right to open the advanced filters pane.

Using the individual filter options, you can refine your view based on certain properties.

Once you have set your preferred filter options, click the Save button at the bottom of the filters pane.

The Save filter modal will open where you will need to enter a filter name. You can also optionally add a description for your filter. Click Save filter to complete the process.

Once saved, the filter will be accessible via the Saved Filters tab of the filters pane in the relevant area. Click the saved filter to apply it to the view.
