Within Teamwork Desk you can add alternative email address' to your site to ensure that your e-mails are always available to you in your Desk account, regardless of which e-mail address you send it from.

To set an alternative email, click on your profile icon to the top right of Desk and select 'View Profile':



In the left pane, 'Profile' will be automatically selected, to the top of the page you will have an option to add alternative emails, select this:
