Within Teamwork Desk, you can add alternative email addresses to your site to ensure that your e-mails are always available to you in your Desk account, regardless of which e-mail address you send it from.
If you forward an email in from any of these (alternate) email addresses it will always be recognized as coming from your main email account which can help to maintain a single presence to your customers.
To set an alternative email, click on your profile icon to the top right of Desk and select View Profile.
In the left pane, Profile will be automatically selected, to the top of the page you will have an option to add alternative emails, select this.
