Within Teamwork Desk, you can add alternative email addresses to your profile to ensure that your emails are always available to you in your Desk account, regardless of which email address you send it from.

If you forward an email in from any of these (alternate) email addresses it will always be recognized as coming from your main email account which can help to maintain a single presence to your customers.

To set an alternative email, click your profile icon to the top right of your site and select View Profile.

In your profile area, click the Edit Profile button in the upper right corner.

Under General information, hover over the Email Address field and click the edit pencil. Additional fields will appear allowing you to add multiple alternative email addresses.
