Within Teamwork Desk you may sometimes need to create a task within your Projects site for an issue related to the ticket you received.
When viewing a ticket, you’ll see a cog, which is the settings icon. From there, you can choose Add Task.
Note: There is also a shortcut for this. When looking at the ticket, click on “t” and the pop-up to create a task will show.
Once you select this you will be given an option to select the project and the task list to add your task to:
Note: All the functionality you would expect to have within Teamwork Projects when creating your tasks is available to you.
