Within Teamwork Desk there are various search options.

The search option is available to the right of the Desk navigation bar.

When you initiate a search, the following options will be searched.

  • Tickets
  • Customers
  • Help Docs
Note: When searching tickets, it will only search within four words of itself for a match. If no response is found in that space then no result will be shown. This is in place because with certain searches it could show all tickets in the results.

To narrow your search down to one of these options just click on the word to see results from that category alone.

You can run a search for any alpha-numeric combination from the search bar and if it is in the body or subject of a note or reply it will be returned in the results.
