Within Teamwork Desk, you can edit or delete existing smart inboxes that have been created on your Desk site.
To perform these actions, click on settings cog that appears next to the smart inbox name when you hover over it.
Click on the cog and you will then have the option to change the name or description and choose whether it is shared to all Desk users or not.
To edit the conditions of the smart inbox choose Next Step or if you wish to delete it choose Delete Smart Inbox.
Note: If you make changes to the details on the first screen, make sure to click Next Step and use the Save Smart Inbox button on the next screen to save those changes.
