At times, people like to send tickets a number of times, the good news is within Teamwork Desk tickets can be merged. This can be done from within one of those tickets.


  • Select the settings cog in the upper section of the ticket.
  • Select the Merge Ticket option.
  • A popup will be shown detailing other tickets from the same customer email address.
  • Select the relevant ticket and merge tickets.




The tickets are now merged.

Note: Both tickets must be from the same customer and there is no way to undo this.
