We all get e-mails that should not have come to us directly, the good news is you can forward that e-mail to Teamwork Desk and have it show as coming directly from your customer.


To do this, simply forward the e-mail to the relevant inbox. The e-mail will show within Teamwork Desk as coming from that user.

NOTE: The email you forward from must be registered within Teamwork Desk as either your main email address or an alias
