Within Teamwork Desk you can contact support through your account.
To do this click on your profile icon to the right of the Desk navigation bar and choose Help & Support.
This will bring you to the Teamwork Desk support help docs.
You can use these existing help docs to try and resolve your issue but if you are unable to find one, you can contact support from the Submit a request option to the top of the page.
To the bottom right of the page there is an option to open a live chat with Teamwork Desk support.
