Within Teamwork Desk you may need to forward emails from your personal email directly to your Desk inbox.

You will need to find your forwarding email address within Desk which you will then enter into your email provider settings to forward to Desk.

To find this click on the your profile icon to the top right of the navigation bar and select 'Settings':

In the settings area, go to the 'Inboxes' tab and select the inbox you wish to forward to:

Choose 'Email Settings' in the left pane:

Scroll up to locate the forwarding email address:

Setting up forwarding

  1. Click 'Copy' to the right of the incoming email address, e.g. inboxname.123456.abcdefghij@teamworkdesk.com
  2. In your email client, go to the forwarding settings and paste the inbox address from Desk
  3. Once you add the address, a test email will be sent to your Desk inbox with a confirmation code
    1. Copy this code and enter it in your forwarding settings in your email client
