Within Teamwork Desk you may need to forward emails from your personal email directly to your Desk inbox.
You will need to find your forwarding email address within Desk which you will then enter into your email provider settings to forward to Desk.
To find this click on the your profile icon to the top right of the navigation bar and select 'Settings;
Near the top of the page select the 'Inboxes' area of settings:
Select the inbox you wish to forward to and then choose 'Email Settings' within the left pane:
Scroll up to locate the forwarding email address:
Steps to set up forwarding:
- You will see the Incoming E-mail option e.g. (email@example.com)
- Select 'Copy'.
- You will then need to go to your specific e-mail provider and set the forwarding from that address (firstname.lastname@example.org) to the copied TeamworkDesk e-mail address.
