Within Teamwork Chat you may sometimes see the message 'Connection lost' appear in the bottom right of your Teamwork Chat window.



This can happen for two reasons:

Network drop

You may have lost connection to your network / internet connection which would cause Teamwork Chat to disconnect. Once a stable internet connection can be obtained, Teamwork Chat will reconnect automatically gathering all updates.

Server change

At times when we are updating the app we need to pull one server at a time from our load balancers, this can (remember we are still in Beta) cause the app to lose connection temporarily.

Note: If after 10 seconds the app has not come back online you may need to close and restart it.
